Refund policy

Refund eligibility depends on the product description, agreed delivery terms, the blockchain payment, and the issue reported. Network fees and payments sent to the wrong address or network are not recoverable by Torn Deals.

Report delivery problems as soon as possible using the same contact method used for the purchase. Include the order details and a clear description of the problem. Do not publish credentials or recovery codes.

A refund can be refused when the product was delivered as described, the buyer changed or lost credentials, the buyer violated the relevant game or platform rules, or the problem was caused after delivery.

Any product-specific warranty shown on the listing forms part of the agreed terms for that product.
